Samantha is a member of the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia and is a notary public commissioned by the BC Supreme Court.

Prior to becoming a notary public, Samantha graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, Samantha received her paralegal graduate certificate from Centennial College’s School of Business. Samantha is also a licensed paralegal and member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Samantha returned to British Columbia and graduated with a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University.

Samantha is committed to providing notarial services with care, trust and quality. Samantha offers notarial services in English and Chinese.
